8. Statutory or contractual provisions for the provision of personal data and possible consequences of non-provision

We hereby point out that the provision of personal data is required by law in certain cases (e.g. tax regulations) or can result from contractual regulations (e.g. information on the contractual partner). An obligation to provide personal data arises primarily when contracts are concluded. If no personal data is provided in this case, the contract with the data subject cannot be concluded. Before personal data is provided by the person concerned, the person concerned can contact our data protection officer or the person responsible for processing. The data protection officer or the person responsible for processing then explains to the person concerned whether the provision of the required personal data is required by law or contract or is necessary for the conclusion of the contract and whether the concerns of the person concerned result in an obligation to provide the personal data or the consequences of non-provision of the desired data for the person concerned.

As a responsible company, we do not use automatic decision-making or profiling in our business relationships.
